Grape Pie

Ingredients

4 ½ cups grapes (2 lbs.) after separating skins from pulp probably will have 2 or 2 ½ cups.

1 cup sugar

¼ cup flour

1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell


Streusel

½ cup quick cooking oats

¼ cup flour

½ cup brown sugar

¼ cup margarine

Directions

Cook pulp. Run through strainer to remove seeds. Mix with skins.

Mix all ingredients, and put in unbaked pie shell. Can cover with pie crust or streusel. (Mother always covered it with pie crust.) Bake 425 degree for 35 minutes or till golden brown.

Mix all streusel ingredients till crumbly. Sprinkle on top of pie.
